Philadelphia-AP -- The opening of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia has ended with an anxious moment caused by a falling frame.

The frame surrounding a mural fell as several people pulled ribbons to unveil the artwork.

The center's president was hit on the head but was able to walk to an ambulance. A woman also was taken to a hospital but appeared to be O-K.

Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor joined in the opening ceremony of the 185 (m) million dollar museum.

She received the city's Liberty Medal for actions that represent the founding principles of the United States.

O'Connor authored the recent landmark ruling that upheld the consideration of race in college admissions.
