I don't frequent this forum too often, so sorry if this question has been asked...But what is legal now for the "firearms" deer season here in IN.

What guns/calibers?

Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Basically no centerfire rifles(except pistol caliber) for deer. Everything else is cool. Might want to check regs on pistols but, I believe, you can use particular calibers. The newest addition to the regs is that starting this season, I believe, you can use pistol caliber rifles to hunt deer with. Been a long while since I got out to hunt.

Starting this year, you can use straight wall pistol calibers in pistols or rifles for deer.
.357 mag, 41 mag, 44 special, 44 mag, 45 Colt, .454, .460, 500 S&W. No more bottleneck rounds in pistol.

As before, shotguns with slugs, and muzzle loaders.
