Can anyone tell me where I can find a list of foreign countries that will allow Americans (or other foreigners) to carry weapons?

Papua New Guinea. Had family there for awhile, they regularly carried and they were New Zealand citizens.
They decided to leave after nearly being the victims of their third armed robbery attempt.
Mas Ayoob and his daughter lawfully carried as foreigners in Suid Afrika, but the laws have likely changed now.
