Freind just sold me his brand new, never fired, still in the original taped shut box, a Winchester Model 1300 Speed pump, the nice finish one, for 200 bucks, has all the chokes and wrench too. Sweet deal!

Nope, bought it from a freind who bought it new about 2 years ago but never opened it. He bought it for a bird hunt that never happened, and never needed it in reality anyway. So, he sold it to me for 200 bucks, and his Uberti Cattleman in .45 colt for $125.00 he had shot once. I like this guy!

That is a great deal, considering that my father brought 2 1300s in '99 for $209 each at Walmart (Y2K prepardness). How laughbly little we were actually prepared for something, considering the only ammo we had was 10 rds of 3" buckshot and 50 rds of birdshot...and a .22 rifle and .22 pistol, with only about 60 rds...

That was before I started shooting heavily, and before I turned 18. Once I turned 18, I started a buying storm of ammo and picked up 4 rifles and two shotguns...

The 1300 has one smoooth and fast action...the rotary bolt is interesting.
