AR-10 Uppers

Does anyone out there aside from armalite sell stock AR-10 uppers?

I currently have an Armalite A4 Carbine with Wilson flip-up sights and would like to add one of the target uppers for scoped target shooting. Considering I paid ~$1000 for the rifle used with sights, paying $960 for a stock upper seems a tad steep. Maybe I'm just spoiled by AR15 prices!

I've found a number of people selling tweaked uppers:
http://www.ar-10-rifles.com/index.php - Accuracy Systems
http://www.gcop.net/GCOP-AR-10Upper.html - GCOP

These cost a bit more, but if anyone has experience with them I'm all ears. Considering the pricing of uppers from Armalite ($$$) paying 10 - 20% more for a tweaked or accurized upper may not be a bad idea.

Thanks!

Sorry but the AR10 uppers are expensive and typically a bit of time for a dealer to get in - you can almost buy a spare DPMS for the price of an upper.

Okay.... anyone have opinions on custom uppers available then? Not really interested in the DPMS, have invested in Armalite mags and would like to build on this platform.
