.375 legal in South Africa?

If you go to www.Sandhurstsafaris.com and click on the Arms & Ammunition section, it says that the minimum caliber for the big five in South Africa is .416

That sounds wrong, most of Africa sets the minimum at .375 H&H or something similar. I have never heard of SA being different, and I know for a fact that the .375 was legit there for anything just a few years ago. Can someone tell me the real facts here? Thanks.
