Has anyone heard anything new on the rumors about a Kimber 10mm coming out sometime this year???

I love me some 10mm and I used to love me some Kimbers but if the slide says "II", I'll pass. :barf:

I thought a Kimber in 10mm was as easy as reaming a 40 S&W chamber slightly longer and and a new recoil spring. As far as I know, as of 2 months ago there were unsold stocks of several Kimber 40's with out the II.

That's the best course of action... find a pre-Series II .40 S&W, ream the chamber, and get 10mm mags.
