Yes, that is the Tikka.
It is a very fine rifle, a friend of mine has a .22-250 that is the slickest and most accurate sporter weight varminter I know of.
Pity about the magazine, I have NO idea of where to get one.
If in good condition, $250 would be a steal. IF it had a magazine or you could find one.

I have an Ithica I bought used. It is an LSA-55 by Tikka in .308. It is a fine rifle and shoots sub minute groups. Mine has a set of Tikka rings and I tried to get some new screws to replace some soft ones on the rings, but the screws are european metric and expensive if you can find them. I think Stoeger used to be the importer. There are more dovetail mounted rings available these days.

Tikka has always been popular in Canada so you might find a clip from a shop up here. They are also expensive and will fetch $100 for one. This model was produced before Sako took over Tikka

When I've googled the LSA-55, most of the links are from finland.

I hope this info helps

Great rifle that is really under rated. Action is sized to the cartridge. Only problem is the clip will be hard to find. But at that price a good gunsmith should be able to rig up a ADL type set up and you'll still be ahead of the game.
I should also mention the barrel will be made from Bofor steel. This is the same barrel steel as in the pre-garcia sako's and WWII anti aircraft guns. It is very highly respected.
The gun was imported by Ithaca at one time so it might say that also. But it is a Tikka.
Mine shot under an inch consistantly. McMillan also has the pattern for the gun.
