I am looking for a IWB holster for a Smith model 10 with a five inch barrel.

I heard from someone that there is a holster which holds the thick part of the gun (cylinder) above the waistband. But I can't find this anywhere, does anybody know what I am talking about?

The "Thomas Perfectionist" from Kramer....I think that's what it's called, believe that rig has cylinder above belt....
