I saw on a site that sells components that they have 30 cal "pulled" tracer bullets. Are they legal? I would like to have them just as a curio, but dont want any hassles from this state about it.

Generally, tracers are legal.
Local and State regs will ban them from time to time due to the hazards of starting a wildfilre though. Generaly in the southwestern U.S. where the threat of fire is the worst.
