Hi, I am Will (WildWilli) from www.missouricarry.com
We are gearing up to have our annual picnic on Saturday, Sept 29 at the United Sportsman's Club in Jeff City (a very fine facility with pistol, rifle, shotgun and multi-purpose ranges). We are going to have a multiple gun raffle for a fund raiser and I want to cordially invite all the Missouri HIGHROADers to check it out. If you click on the link above and then on the "ENTER" link button, it gives all the info about the picnic and the raffle. We have sponsors from all over the state who have donated guns (about 10 so far! and more to come, the GRAND PRIZE being an AR-15 type rifle donated by John Ross) and other gun related merchandise for cheap raffle tickets ($5) The odds of winning something are incredible especially when you consider how many free tickets you get when you buy them in quantity. The winners need not be present to win and we will cover the cost to ship the winning guns to the winner's local FFL. The monies raised goes to support NRA youth education, MSSA, GCLA, WMSA, and other second amendment awareness causes in Missouri. I would like to also invite all you HIGHROADers to come to the picnic. Admission is FREE and there is only a nominal charge for burgers, chips and drinks with all of the proceeds going to the cause. This is our third annual and promises to be the best one ever. Other than the great food and camaraderie of fellow "gunnies" we will also hold a pistol shooting contest (see site for rules) with a gun as top prize and we invite John Ross (author of Unintended Consequences) to bring out all his FULL-AUTO toys (which in the past has included a Glock-18, AK-47, Thompson, Suppressed UZI, Sten gun, 8mm BAR, H&K PDW, and sometimes even a USAS-12 and others.) He also puts on a book signing for those interested. He charges for the machinegun rides but does give part of his proceeds to the fundraiser. This has always been a fantastic event and if I say so myself, there is nothing you could do more fun on that day with your clothes on. The last two picnics have netted over $10,000 to the cause. If you look over the list of guns we have secured already, you will have to agree it is quite a selection and tickets for a raffle of this size are dirt cheap. You can buy your tickets through the online store at the link above or purchase them in person at the picnic, but it doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure out the odds here are winnable and Powerball looks like a tax on people who are bad at math. I hope we see you and your friends there. The bigger it is, the better for gun owners in Missouri. Tell 'em WildWilli sent ya, and thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Will (WildWilli)
