Here we go, I have a Model 52 variant with very heavy barrel. It has the two screw adjustable trigger and a six digit serial starting with 83XXXC. The stock looks to be the original with the adjustable sling holes and swivels in the forend of the stock(walnut). I have the Redfield sight (both front and rear) in a box and should add that the gun is mounted with a R.A. Litscherts scope (very long). The butt of the gun has a fold down aluminum bar (not sure what they call this) I assume it is for resting under the armpit. I believe it might have been added on by the deceased former owner. What is the rough value of this firearm . I believe the gun is in 85 to 90 percent condition Thanks

According to the Blue Book, there 18 variations of the model 52. Of these, 4 were 52C. In turn 2 of these have the heavy barrel. Prices range from a low of $800 for an 80% heavy target model to $1200 for a 90% bull target model.
These prices are for only the basic factory firearm! No scopes or optional gear.
