I just got a box of Berger VLD's for my Remington 7mm Mag. Can't seem to be able to locate any data for this puppy. I also got some RE22 & RE25 for it. Anyone have data out there for this combo? Also using Remington 9 1/2 primers. I'm shooting a Remington Sendero with a 26" barrel.

The Lee #2 manual gives data for 175gr as well as the 195gr Barnes.
Lee's data is not proprietary but gleaned from bullet and powder manufacturers publications.

I'd suggest starting with the various 175gr data reduced further by 3-5%.

In many cases, a 5gr difference in weight will matter less than the difference in bullet style/design.

Both Hornady and Sierra make mention of this in their data. Speer lists the 105 and 100gr bullets for .243 together, and other 100gr bullets separately.........So, proceed carefully regardless of your source of data.

Berger suggests seating the VLD's to "touch" the rifling, so start lower than you might otherwise as this can raise pressures as well.

Most people using that bullet are match shooters using them in custom barrels, so, your data and results may have little similarity to theirs, so, you are really on your own...............

I suggest contacting Alliant, and from my experience either of the two powders you listed should give excellent results.
