Pin Grabber bullets

I'm reading Cirillo's book Guns, Bullets, and Gunfights and he talks about a bullet design called Pin Grabber's. I was wondering if these bullets are available.

I've got a couple of .45 Pin Grabbers in my cartridge collection, and I believe the design is currently being produced by Kaswer Custom; HTH.
