I keep getting damaged case necks (bulging) loading 308 win on my Turret Press. I am pretty sure it is happening when I am seating my SBT bullets. I tried many different cases and keep messing with seating die. I am pretty sure someone will exactly where I am screwing up...Thanks

You probably have the plunger too high on your seating die, the die is at full crimp wile still forcing the projectile down.

Screw down the plunger until results improve. You may have to adjust the entire die in the press to compensate for the plunger movement.

I am pretty sure my plunger is pretty high, I will try screwing it down, I thought if I had it too low my bullet would seat too far down? I am also getting inconsistant primer seating, it was working great yesterday on my 30/06 cases now on my 308 they are not seating far enough. Thanks for the help....

Start with the plunger low. With a low plunger the worst that will happen is that you won't get enough crimp.

I tune my seating dies on empty, primerless brass, so I can pop out the bullet with a finishing nail if it goes too deep.

Backout your seating die and lower the seating plunger. You also may want to check your brass overall length for consistency and to ensure it is within spec.

My Lee Auto-Prime was about $10, I've had great results with it.

Is it the Classic Turret with the safety prime? What do you mean by inconsistant?
