I found a WW2-issue Cattaraugus 225Q without a sheath for $40. It has all the signs of hard use, but seems solid. I think it would clean up pretty nice.
Is $40 a fair price? It seemed a little steep to me, but I don't have any idea how much they're going for.

I got a korea era one in good shape for $60, my brother picked up a ww2 one commando wrapped fer $80 i think. His is heavily tarnished but basically in good shape, no real corrosion. They are a great knife, for $40 i would go for it.
