I recently purchased Spitfire’s Pepper Spray product for myself, my wife and daughter after reading a positive review in Conceal Carry Magazine. After having the product for a month I noticed an issue with my canister so I sent an email to Spitfire they responded very quickly notifying me they had shipped (free of charge) a replacement…Now that's customer Service.

Bottom-line, as gun owners we all know issue(s) can arise with products but it’s all about how a company responds back to you. It’s all about Customer Service! Spitfire stands behind their products they're truly interested in keeping its customer base happy…. Check out their product.

I have been selling Spitfire Pepper Spray for about 3 years and have never had any problems with the product. You are right about the customer service at Spitfire. Spitfire is about helping people and helping them stay safe. I keep my Spitfire on my keys and always have it in my hand ready for use when out and about.
