Hi ,
I am considering purchasing a rifle 30-06 calibre it is a austrian made mauser
style with a european stock hogsback shape. I will not have a chance to shoot it before purchasing. I read in a few places on the internet that this style stock will increase felt recoil and muzzle lift. I dont know if this was strictly opinion or it was based on fact. Can someone offer me some fact based knowledge on this subject that is based on use.
Some people hate the look when compared with classic style, what I want to know is how does it effect performance good or bad
