Wanna compete. Where the heck do I start? The range I shoot at sponsers nothing!!! I am in Atlanta. Any and all advice is welcome.

OK, what "game" do you want to play?

Glocks are good for IDPA and IPSC/USPSA.

For USPSA, go to their website (http://www.uspsa.org/) and use their "Club Finder" function to find some clubs near you.

Good advice from Jeff. What Glock? That helps too. Hang around GT and determine when a GSSF match gets near you as well.

Any place just start and see what you like.

Try a couple I would not worry if you had the perfect gun for it, just see if you like it.
Check out IDPA,USPSA,GSSF,bowling pin whatever you are willing to drive too to play. You will find out pretty easy what you like and don't.
