Hello,

I have a Jewell Trigger http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=706845&t=11082005

for my Remington 700 ADL. While I like the feel of the trigger (when I squeeze it), I can't help but hate it because it always cuts into my finger. The trigger itself is a LOT narrower and seemingly sharper on the sides than my original factory trigger, and after sighting it in I always have painful indentions in my trigger finger.

Is there a such thing as a replacement trigger for the Jewell system? I've half thought about taking a reasonably rigid piece of plastic and trimming it to the right size and gluing it to the trigger. However, for a $200+ trigger, isn't there a better option?

Tyler still makes old style trigger shoes that clamp over the narrow factory (or replacement) trigger.
