does hogue make their ruberized grips for the springfield xd ?
i didnt see springfield listed on thier site, and im thinking it would have to have a cut out on the back for the grip safty... or maybe it would just go over the grip safty so it is always depresed

You can get a Hand-all on the frame, but you'll have to do a little trimming for the grip safety. For a picture, check out this thread (http://www.hs2000talk.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=001782#000000). And if you haven't already, stop on by HS2000 / XD Talk (http://www.xdtalk.com/).

yah.. i saw that .. i dont like the chopped option.. it looks pretty terrible in my opinion.
i was wondering if there is a hogue grip made specifically for the xd. ill ask over at hs2000.. but it tends to be pretty slow

I consider myself to be sort of a Hogue junkie. I have Hogues on my CZ75BD, and my CZ97B, as well as my Bushy M4gery. Oh and the standard Hogues that came on my Kahr. I love the feel of them. I may replace the ones on my CZ's at some point with Hakan's. Anyway in answer to your question, I tried the "Hand All" grip on my XD9 and I hated it. I took it off after only five or 10 minutes. For me the XD grip is better left original.

I've got the Hand-All on my HS2000 (slightly notched for the grip safety), and a Hand-all Jr on my Kel-Tec P11. Definite improvement for both.
