Existing law establishes the Prohibited Armed Persons File database that tracks possession or ownership of firearms and assault
weapons, as specified.

This bill would include tracking the possession and ownership of 50 BMG rifles in the database, as specified.

Most people that own 50's have over 5000+ into there set up. They are hard working tax paying citizens and have never been involved in a crime.

Don't feel bad. One of the anti's in Virginia has proposed a bill to totally ban 50 BMG 12.7 and 14.5 mm Chinese/Russian calibers.
