What are the laws regarding the carry of pepper spray in **********? Maybe Jim March has some knowlwdge on the subject. Are there any limits of the OC percent?

It's a weird situation, because the limits on pepper type/capacity/etc are on the SALES side, not possession or carry.

Basically, very few stores have any clue what the rules are, neither do the cops, so nobody is paying the rules the slightest attention. Esp. since mail-order sales are still legal :).

So don't worry about it. Carry the nastiest honkin' crap you can score :D.

Now, the problem with VERY high OC percentages is that there ain't enough propellant and range suffers. So the "15%" formulas should be reserved for the largest 8oz or more cans where "lack of range" isn't a problem.

What you really need to focus is potency.

Or you could skip worrying about all this, and just find FOX LABS stuff :evil:.
