Anyone know why they stopped making 45 cal. inlines. I love mine, accurate and flat. Last deer I took was at a lasered 210 yards. Went down like he had been hit with an 06. I gonna' stock up on components while their still available.

Most of the .45's had barrel twists that were incompatible with the marketing hype - trying to get super high velocities with bullets too light to stabilize in the barrels provided.

Heavier bullets or a little sense on the part of shooters could have gone a long way to keep the .45's around. Then again, patience and common sense doesn't seem to go as far as it used to in days past.

Common sense is very uncommon.
