They sell those at my local gun show for $139 they are for "signaling"

They also sell all the components to handload your own 37mm "Signalling
devices" some of which are the equivilent to 1/2 stick of dynamite.

The launchers are not considered firearms and can be purchased or owned
without ATF interference.

For now at least.

Talked to some LE guys today....the skells are toast! Counterfeiting (worth 20 years), Class I controled substances (mushrooms) AND guns (10 years), possible stolen gun, maybe toss in a Assault weapons violation (post ban lower and pre ban top), lllooooooooong vacation fer these guys....

pretty stupid to use fake money at places where money is scrutinized. i'd rather take the money to the ABC ballet, those 'ballet' dancers would never know the difference.
