I have heard how much more accurate the uniflow powder measure is, but I would like to try it out on my dillon 550b. I have a uniflow measure I got at the gun show awhile back and havent used it.I thought someone had come up with a way to mount it on my dillon do you know of this or where I can get one?

Both RCBS and Hornady offer case activated linkage kits which will work with either's measure, and on dillon, hornady, or rcbs progressive presses. Hornady also offers powder through expanders for their linkage kit, so you can expand and dump powder in one station like the Dillon setup.
