I have about 500 new Winchester nickel 9mm cases that came with a used press I bought.
What if any case prep needs to be done? Chamfer? Resize? Or just prime and go?
If it matters, its just plinking/practice ammo.

You can try to get away without sizing them, I personally don't think it's worth skipping this step even on new cases. Then prime, expand, powder, bullet.

So far after 20 years I have never trimmed or camfered a 9mmX19 case. If they have been fired or are new, just resize/decap them and reload them.

+1 on what spencer said. Case mouths always get dinged up in shipping or transport. I would resize them then go to town. I do it to all my brass. Nickled brass will not last as long as regular brass I think not sure on this because I have never use it.

Resize, and if you are using cast lead bullets chamfering the inside mouth will really cut down on lead shaving.
