BRNO ZOM 451 Straight Pull Rifle?

Can anyone shed some light on this rifle? I notice SOG has them for sale at what seems a reasonable price. I've recently found myself developing a growing collection of CZ rimfire rifles and was curious if I should add this BRNO to the stable.
