Anyone seen a 7 1/2 in 44 special in shops near you, and what the seller was asking for it? Ones in like new condition, but fired and with box.

Anyone own one of these and have slugged the cylinders and barrel? Any known or common problems with them?

Thanks.

44/40 cylinder.
It'll need an action and trigger job.
Ben Forkin did mine up in fine style.

SaxonPig's price is a bullseye. I have a SAANF .44 Special 5 1/2 " for sale. Five grand will take it. (There is a price, after all, for everything.)

The gun has cylinder marks from hard use, and many nights of sitting by a fire and cocking it just to hear the four clicks. (C..O...L..T)

Colt's Royal Blue, Elliason sights, and a 4 pound trigger like breaking glass. I can take a deer, protect my family, or just plink a can.

The gun reminds me of Skeeter Skelton, and my father, and a time when I reloaded revolver cartridges in the kitchen of a duplex in Lubbock, TX.

You know what? I lied. The price is $10,000.00. And I would have to have visitation rights.
