Stock Remington 700 BDL Trigger

Can the stock trigger in my Remington 700 BDL be adjusted for a lighter pull or will I need to replace it with an aftermarket trigger? If it can be adjusted, anyone have a brief description on how to do this? Thanks.

yes, you can adjust it.
