I ordered a few of the finger rest baseplates for the ASTRA 75 mags from Promag.

They do not work on the RAP mags....Promag makes their ASTRA mags longer, to accomodate the added length of the baseplate....

SO the baseplate will go on the RAP mag, but will not allow it to fully seat in the mag well.

This does not mean, however, that the Promag ASTRA mags WITH the finger rest baseplates wont work with the RAP, you just cant swap the parts.

So that is my guniea pig experiment report for the day.

I have been waiting on your report. I have put off ordering these base plates until you let us know if they would work. I was hopeing that there were going to work though.:banghead:
