Earlier this year, I traded off my S&W 4506 autopistol to a friend for a parkerized Colt 1991A1 and $100 in cash.
I've regretted the trade ever since, and apparently so did he.
We were talking at work and I mentioned that I missed the Smith, and he said he'd be willing to trade back for $120.

The extra $20 was to pay for the 3 extra magazines he bought for the 4506.

Now my baby is back home and she's never leaving again. :D

I should have known better than to trade off the gun that Massad Ayoob described as 'the most reliable .45 automatic known to man'. ;)

You're lucky, most of us never get a second chance like that. Esp. one thats hard to find nowadays.

I hope he took good care of it while it was in his care.
