Hi all...

Thought I would pass on my first range experience I had with one of my new pistols. About a month ago I purchased two Arcus pistols (Bulgaria) which are Browning High Power clones. I couldn't make up my mind what model to buy, so I bought the full size 94 as well as the 94-C. The standard size clone will be used for home defense, and the 94-Compact for concealed carry. I bought the Arcus pistols due to the great reviews that I had read, and I'm glad I did! I have to say that I'm really impressed with the build quality of each, and the handling characteristics. The weight, balance, and pointing ability is awesome! Before I would feel comfortable carrying this gun, I thought it would be wise to head to the range. I put 100 rounds through the 94-C today without ANY problems what so ever. Granted I haven't put many rounds through her yet, but I can say I'm 100% confident carrying this gun for personal protection. I highly recommend this pistol. Can't beat the price.... price + shipping + FFL fee, they came to around $250 each. Check out AIM Surplus. $219.95

I just picked up a full size last week locally for about the same price as it would have been from Aim Surplus, but without the hassle of waiting to go pick it up. Can't wait to try it, and can't wait to get rid of the magazine disconnect! (it's a range gun)

I think my Arcus is as nice looking in terms of fit and finish as any gun out there.Fits my hand like a glove and reliable. These are a no brainer.

NeuTom 72, WhoKnowsWho,Tropical Z,

Will this weapon accept Browning hi cap mags? How about the other 15 rd and 17 rd hi caps? I was considering buying one myself. I already own a Browning Hi Power and I love the way it shoots/handles. I'd like to get another Browning but the price on them just seems to keep going up. The Arcus might be the answer to my problem, money wise.
Thanx for your time, Lt. G

My South African Hi Power Mag, I believe, is flukey, very tight fit but it will probably loosen up sooner or later.

I really like how this thing feels. Now I just have to remove the magazine disconnect safety.
