I know the election is over, but as a member, wasn't I suppose to get a voting ballot via the mail?

Yup. It should have gone to the same address as your Front Sight goes to.

Actually, you should have got two ballots... Long story. Only one of the two counts.

Oh well, I never received one. :(

Voigt won. Even though I voted for Gary.

I know a few people who didn't get ballots. I didn't either.

And Voigt is a MAJOR prick. I've shot with him before but never again. It sickens me that he's "leading" USPSA.

I shoot Production and all I know about Voigt is he is against the DOH for that division. I hope he doesn't ban the DOH. Besides, how could the election be fair, if many members never received a ballot?

WOW, I had just recently heard of issue with Voigt and then I actually got to witness one. Still, I thought maybe it was just me and my crew that were being pissed on by his royal highness, but I guess he's treating everyone like crap. What a shame. I was also opposed to his position on the DOH.

What a shame that the man leading the organization doesn't set the example. On the other hand, the vast majority of others I've met shooting USPSA have been great.

I got two ballots.

I'm not sure I would let the DOH into Production either, but then, I don't shoot Production anyway, so I'm not sure I care. But wasn't Production supposed to be kind of IDPA-like, and trying to be "realistic" (as if anything in USPSA is realistic)?

I don't know that Production was supposed to be like IDPA, just that it was meant for people with basic stock setups

Heck, that's no fun. What separates us from the animals is our ability to accessorize!

No ballot here either. I've been away from shooting for a little while, but please help this dumb Production shooter out. DOH??? Gary is good people, I met him pretty early in my start into USPSA. Never met Voight, something about his look sets me on edge though.

I believe they're talking about the Dropped and Offset Holster, like the one offered by Blade-Tech. Basically, the holster sits lower and tilts outward a bit, making for an easier draw.

Yay, I should have figured that out. The current production holster rules are pretty generous. I'd like to see the 10 rd capacity go away a la IPSC production, but then again they take a dimmer view of mods, trigger weights and such, a lot of the long XDs and Glocks would be SOL too.
