Hmmm. The question is far too vague.:scrutiny: If you answer yes you might be saying that SCOTUS should hear Heller. Or it might be construed as the 2nd needs to be updated, read eliminated. Same thing if you answer no. It could be construed to either support or oppose 2A rights.
