I have 2 cva bobcats. I read on the internet that the bbls. are extruded and rifled in one process. I also read that they are proofed a little under 10,000 psi.

I know cva had problems and recalled some of their inlines and the bobcat was not affected.

Herein lies my question. I shoot patched roundballs behind 90 grs. pyroded rs.

Is this a safe load for these m/l or should I scrap them? Is 90 grs. too much powder?

No, I wouldn't worry about it.
Although you might want to try Pyrodex P for better ignition, and remember to reduce the charge by ~10% compared to RS.
