Is there a company that makes a side-by-side shotgun that has the following:

Double triggers...
3" chambers...
and Auto-ejectors?

Preferably in polished (or matte) nickel with a black walnut stock.

I think Stoeger has some of the requirements.

I believe you'll find that the Spartan with double triggers is not available with selective ejectors, just plain extractors. The ejector model has a single selective trigger. I know I'd rather have ejectors, but having double triggers is more important to me. I had another requirement, had to have 20" barrels and interchangable chokes. So, I got all my desires except for it has extractors with a 20 gauge SPR220 and I found it for $299 which also met the budget.

Looks like ejectors are only on the Condor Supreme O/U's and not on the Uplanders. They might have them on their coach guns, but the website doesn't mention them.

I really doubt it, don't recall ever seeing a coach gun with ejectors. That is why I went ahead and compromised. The Spartan had every one of my requirements except for ejectors. I can live with extractors, though. I really do prefer double triggers as I dove and waterfowl hunt mostly and I wanted the short barrels and screw in chokes for hunting from my motorcycles, something I don't have in another shotgun and a niche I wanted to fill. Now, I can ride to my dove hunting spot getting 40+ mpg instead of driving getting 15 mpg, and besides, I'd MUCH rather ride than drive!
