Would it be prudent to create a sub-forum just for the posting of Oleg's work? I thought it would be nice if we had a centralized place to find all of his threads with new pro-gun picture goodness.

Make it to where regular users could post replies, but not new threads.

I'm aware of that. But he posts new stuff here that isn't necessarily on there.
