If I pick up a LnL, what will I want/need to buy with it (other than dies and consumables, both of which I have) in order to effectively use it to crank out gobs of 9mm and 40S&W and 45ACP ammo?

Case feeder.
I assume you already have the necessary safety equipment if you've reloaded before.

LNL Bushings, Hornady Crimp dies so you dont have the interference issue on station 5 you will have with other dies, a couple extra case retainer springs.

You're talking about the LNL progressive press, right? And you've got a scale already?
You'll need a pistol drum for the powder measure. I'm only loading .45 Colt and .357 Mags with mine right now... I have a whole bucket full of .38 Special brass that needs loading, but the powder measure does not throw small charges accurately enough with the large (rifle) drum.
Buy an extra case retainer spring. They look easy to break, and they only cost about $2.
I'm still loading 9mm on a single-stage press for now.

You'll need shellplates. Hornady actually makes two different ones for the .45ACP

I have both the LNL progressive and the Dillon 550, the LNL is by far the better. Have you read the sticky by DaveInFloweryBranchGA at the top of the Reloading page????????
Hornady does indeed make two shell plates that fit the 45ACP, the #1 and #45. The #45 is for the 45ACP and is a much tighter fit, yielding cartridges with slightly less runout.
The #1 loads all of the following,
5.6 x 57
22/250 Rem
240 Wby Mag
243 Win
244/6MM Rem
6MM Int.
6MM/284
6MM Rem BR
250 Sav.
25/06 Rem
257 Rbts.
25/284
6.5 Rem Mag
6.5/06
6.5 x 57
6.5/284
270 Win
7 x 57 (7MM Mau.)
7MM/08
7MM Rem BR
7 x 64
7MM Exp/280
284 Win

As mentioned, the pistol rotor is almost mandatory. The micrometer insert is nice, but not necessary. The case feeder is nice but with two calibers you'll be forever tweaking it back and forth. A good digital scale. Calipers (digital is good here too). One-shot case lube, good for lubing parts of the press too. A can or two of compressed air if you don't have a compressor--handy for blowing spilt powder and such out of the shell plate and primer feed. Extra "acro" type bins. Spray can of brake cleaner--good for cleaning the factory rust protectant oil off of the dies and parts, and good for cleaning dies occasionally and the primer channel too. I wish Midway still sold their vibra-prime, it's the best time saver ever with this press.
One last thing, a jar or small container with a lid. Poke a hole in the lid just big enough for the primer disposal tube. A heavy glass jar works best or you may have to weight it down with something in it to keep it from tipping over. This is to keep dust from the primers down and keep it isolated, it's a major cause of lead dust.
