I just wanted to let you all know what great customer service this company has. I have a Double/Triple holster for my S&W 617 and the other day while walking through the sagebrush and pulling the gun out of the holster, I managed to lose a portion of the strap. I was holding the holster that day carrying it as I had no belt on. Anyhow, I contacted them when I got home and they sent me a new strap set out for free. Just wanted to stop by here and say thanks to them, and let everyone know about the service.
