Why don't people post their state?

I'm looking at the Accessories for sale/trade forum, and *12* of the listings on the first page don't include the state in the title.
Is it time for a moderator crackdown? The problem seems to get worse every day.

Looks like another moderator took care of the problem.
There's a couple of us who usually take care of F/S/T, but sometimes we get busy. :o

I counted five. Granted, that's too many, but that's all I see.

I've done it once or twice myself. It's a simple enough oversight that can happen easily when you've got other aspects of the ad on your mind. On the other hand, maybe some people just don't read the rules. Most of the time it seems a mod will fix it for you rather than just delete it if you are a poster that usually gets it right and obviously just made an honest mistake. Overall I'd say the mods usually catch them pretty quick.
