Help me choose my next 270 has to be stainless and synthetic. Should I go with ruger m77 or tikka t3, also does the tikka have a beretta name on it?

The Tikka is made in the Sako factory and Sako was bought by Beretta awhile back.

To my knowledge, the Tikka rifles are not marked with either the Beretta or Sako names.

Dunno what the price differential is, but I've heard pretty good things about Tikka, and of course Sako is generally considered top-notch.

If the prices are comparable, I'd take the Tikka.

Ive heard good on both exept from ruger poor accuracy and trigger. I really want to go with ruger because its all american but keep hearing negative thing on the m77.:(

Well I went with the ruger and had to order it in 270, dealer only had 30/06. What would would be the bestsize/grain bullett for whitetail. Also any suggestions on what to add to make this my deer slash shtf rifle? One more ? it says capacity is four rounds does that mean the magazine only holds three? Sorry for all the ?'s.
