Selling a 7mm mag to my cousin for around $700.00

So I figured I can spend around 500-600 on a 338 and have a little left over for decent optics. I'm not looking for shots over 3-400 yards

I really like the new Savage trigger, Is this available in the 338 yet?

What options do you suggest for this price range? What's your experience with these?

Wait till the magnum Tikka T3's come out at the end of the summer------much better than any Savage----blued/syn ones are $449 here and come with scope rings.
