That's pretty good for that distance, seeing as how they were meant for close in work...say under a card table or at arms length.
I have an original Remy Pocket model that was sold as a 32 Cal R.F. conversion, now it's a 32 short Colt C.F.
Pretty interesting history on these. Remington sold a boat load of the pocket models in C & B, then sold a conversion cylinder set so the private owners could "Drop-in the conversion cylinders and backing plates, to convert the C & B to Cartridge.
This one is made up of a 1st model bbl(by S/N), and 3rd Model Frame(by S/N) and the Conversion cylinder and backing plate have their own S/N(The Remington set), but all parts are also numbered with the conversion number 15, so it was sold as a cartridge gun.
As these conversion numbers are very small, and their locations on the firearm, I believe it to be a Remington Factory conversion

In Dennis Adler's book on cartridge conversions there is almost a chapter devoted to them. They were called New Pocket Revolvers and sold from $8.00 to $10.00 blued - $1.00 less in cap and ball. Ammo is advertised as 100 rounds for $1.20. Of course this is in the day when you were lucky to make $1.50 a day. It would be the same as paying $100.00 for a 100 round box of ammo today's money. Maybe the good old days weren't so good after all - for ammo prices at least. I have my repro 1858 Remington, my next purchase ie to get a repro pocket revolver.

Hello,
After slighly drifing the front sight, aiming just under the black circle, here is the result of 3 cylinders :
I am afraid I will not be able to improve it anymore unfortunately.
Have fun

That is really good shooting. Many modern day cartridge revolvers will not shoot that good.

Not only very good shooting, nice grips also. Those make that little remmie look good. It would look real good sticking out of a vest pocket.

Mine shot WAY high. I pulled the bead out of the barrel and epoxied a tall blade made out of a brazing rod to regulate it. Now, it shoots about like that target. Ain't exactly a small game hunting tool, but up close, it could put the hurt on a cheating poker player, I suppose. :D

I have a Rem 31 and the larger Colt 31 clones. Both brass. The Rem outshoots the colt with a barrel twice as long hands down.

I have hunted jackrabbits with a 1849 pocket by Uberti several years ago. The range was allways short, less than 25 yards, and the little gun is quite lethal on the large hares.
