I attended a match today. It was a renewal and new applicant day for a couple of clubs. We a had great time. The match was short and sweet. Here are my results. I had a "flyer" in the final round that changed my finish from first to second which really sux but I had a great time.

Them is dam fine shooting for a Glock at 25 yards.

We shot all but the [2nd round A] out of hand and wow were they some great newbies there. I didn`t do bad , coulda been better. The first round was at metal plates. The 2nd round was kneeling and benched,[2nd round A] out of hand , the 3rd was freehanded standing, the 4th round was corner firing, it`s where you get behind a corner and step out and fire 2 to 3 rounds and step back behind the corner then repeat, then we had a speed round and then the final round was a freehanded 50 yard shot of 5.

Jim, that was kneeling and benched. It`s 11 shots in 18 seconds and I think grouped at 3 1/4. We pay a lot of attention to time and use the total amount of time in the scoring.

Time is everything with these guys, they don`t like you to "let the bird fly" if you know what I mean.
