Ankle Carry Suggestions

I'm thinking of doing ankle carry on a more regular and less 'occasional' basis. From a tactical standpoint it makes sense, but frankly I have not found any of the ankle rigs I've tried so far to be very 'comfortable'. I'm okay with the weight of a firearm on my ankle, but the problem is the chafing that occurs.
Any suggestions to make ankle carry as comfortable as strong-side belt carry?

The DeSantis Die Hard is made with a neoprene leg band with sheep wool lining. Absolutely the most comfortable ankle rig.

As mentioned above, the wool lining makes a BIG difference. I recently got an ankle holster, by Gould and Goodrich, which has the wool lining between the gun and your ankle, and it is comfortable. It also has a "garter", which makes it more stable. I am pleasantly surprised about how comfortable it is. It is Model B816
