I've been toying with adding another beauty to the harem. I currently have these: Springfield XD 40 service, S&W 6" model 19-2, Colt XSE governmnent 1911, and a Ruger 50th Anniversary MKII. Unfortunately I live in **********, so I'm limited in my choices. I've been thinking of a Beretta 92fs 9mm, but I'm open to suggestions. Any ideas?

I haven't looked at the CZs much. Although I have a CZ scout (my boy's) and a CZ 452 American .22 LR rifles. I'm sort of looking for a new make. Been thinkin about Sigs too. I'll take a look at those CZs. Thanx!

If I was starting over buying handguns I'd try to stay with about 4 calibers. It is so expensive to stock a thousand rounds per. It looks like you need a 9mm. A Sig 226, Glock 17 or CZ 75 would fit the bill. Preowned Glocks and Sigs are a good value.

From the looks of it your revolver seems lonely
I would add either a Smith & Wesson 5 shot lightweight stainless .38 snub nose revolver 638 being my first choice that or a Ruger Vaquero in .357 magnum .45 Colt with a spare .45ACP cylinder.
If you go semi-auto look at CZ-75b or Beretta M92. For revolvers take a look at the Ruger GP-100 since you already have a Smith & Wesson.

+1, in that order.

Would you consider a Revolver? If Yes then a S&W 686, Ruger SP101 or GP100 would be a nice addition.

The GP100 is a good suggestion, look at S&W N frames too. You don't really have an L or N frame sized revolver. If I were stuck in ************ single stack semiautomatic pistols (Sigs?) would be high on my list too.

Not sure what is Restricted,
still I see a spot for a 9mm and .22 lr revolver.
Whatever fits your hand and hits your fancy after shooting some, and meets criteria.
P226, p229, or P239 in 9mm (assuming you want 9mm)
if you want another .45, the 220 is pretty sweet. just added one to my family of XD's. whole different world.

Wow those CZ75s look great! I knew seeking suggestions would fill my plate. Thanx for all the ideas. I wouldn't mind a smaller revolver at all! With the recent microstamping sham signed to law by the governator, it looks like procurring some additions to the harem might be happening quicker than previously thought. I could probably handle a different caliber like a 9 without a hitch. The thought of a .38 snubnose gets the acquistion juices flowing too!

How 'bout a cowboy gun? As far as symmetry goes, you're missing a SA revolver. Plus, they're fun! They're generally available in .357, so you don't have to add another caliber. You can get the real thing, or clones and modern versions in a wide range of price, barrel lengths, quality and toughness.

If the 9 fits the bill, why not a BHP? Nice classic design, good history. Get custom grips to make it purty, and you're good to go.
