Is it BS? I wonder if it has the full mag capacity. The seller claims that it's 1 of 5 in the U.S.

Looks like it, but isn't it a 10-12 shooter?

Since it's postban and it has a pistol grip, I don't see how the U.S. version could have the standard capacity of 13 rounds.

Since its a pump-action shotgun it is not regulated by the '94 AW ban. However I wouldn't be surprised if the proposed revision ended up including the Neostead. It already includes one pump-action shotgun, even though they claim it only regulates semi-automatic weapons. :scrutiny:

Hmmm, I recently contacted the ATF about making my own shotgun, with a capacity of over 10 rounds, and they said it's a no-no, even though I specifically told them it would be a pump action, fixed tube mag shotgun.

Pistolgrip plus magazine (fixed or detachable) of >5 makes a 'evil gun' combination.

I've actually had communications with neosted when they were trying to import to the United States for the first time. I was somewhat involved in getting the gun imported over here. Anyway. USA version is 10 rounds. Speaking of which, my winchester 1300 loads 11+1 aguila minishells and feeds them perfectly.

When is it coming out over here? The last I heard they were still waiting on ATF classification.

Just found this thread on a board search, I've been following the neostead from a distance for a while now.
One question . .HOW? I thought this thing wasn't importable ?
