brass pricing opinions please

In the near future I will be offering some handgun brass for sale and would like opinions about pricing first. What would be a fair price for indoor range pick up brass that's been tumbled and sorted/unsorted. I am not willing to count them out so it would be by the pound enough to fill a postal flat rate box, if wanted. The calibers will be 38spl ( 2 five gallon buckets full polished UNsorted), 9mm ( 2 five gallon buckets polished, UNsorted ) 40s+w ( 2 five gallon buckets polished, UNsorted ), 45acp (sorted and polished mostly federal, R P, Winchester some CCI, Independent, Speer.
If the price difference is worth it I could sort the 38s and 40s but the eyes won't do the 9s
I get a $1.65 a pound for the brass at a local scrap yard but that feels wrong to do. Shipping would be $9.00

In bags of 500 I get 1500 .45 ACP in a flat rate box, 2000 if I risk it. I think 1500 is like 21 lbs if I remember correctly. I usually sell tumbled .45 for $50/1000 shipped which may be a little too good of a price the way brass prices are going. I think I've sold my last .45, the rest of it is going in my stash. I may get rid of some of the 10-15:uhoh: gallons of .223 I have though.

I get the .45 in 2k increments via the flat rate box.
DTTW and Navy Joe- you've got a PM's.

For the handgun brass (9mm and .40S&W) that I have purchased, I generally paid 2-3 cents per case for lots > 1000, plus shipping. Sometimes it can be had for a little less than that, but I (personally) would not pay more.
For rifle brass, I have paid less than 15 cents each shipped for a few hundred.

.45 brass used to be more expensive than it is now. 9mm and .40 brass is really, really cheap (20-30/k, shipped), but .38 brass seems to be a bit pricier than it was some years ago. Reloaders are such cheapskates, it's hard to get a fair price. Since the price of factory ammo has gone up (I fondly remember the Academy Sports price of $3.88/box for 9mm Blazer), I'll probably start reloading 9's again, as well.
Regarding sorting, I wouldn't bother, as most folks wouldn't pay enough extra to make it worthwhile. Good luck with it. I used to sell brass at gun shows, and I quickly realized the returns amounted to slave wages. Still, being a vendor at a gun show is such a hoot.
