Can you ID this single shot?

I recently picked up a single shot 12ga. It's old enough to have no serial number, but it locks up very tight and points well. Wood and metal are in good shape. It has a 30" barrel with Modified choke, IIRC.
A lever on the right side of the frame opens it. The forearm can be removed by pulling downward at its tip.
It's marked Sears on the left side, but the model number is blurry and poorly stamped.
Any idea who made this shotgun for Sears? What about rough date of manufacture?
Thanks in advance,
Dirty Bob

A lot of Montgomery-Ward & Sears-Roebuck cheap shotguns were built by Stevens, which was later owned by westinghouse and then Savage.

Thanks to all who replied. I'm going to try to track down a few spare parts, just in case. I'm also considering a homemade forestock (with barrel band near the forward end) and a small cavity for weight to help with recoil.
Thanks again,
Dirty Bob
